Can I request a sample?

Yes you can!

- We provide FREE samples up to quantity 3 items which are less than $5 each based on listed website pricing.

- If you need more than 3 items, we will require your credit card details for the 4th items. It won't be charged when sample item/s are returned within 7 days of receipt or when a full order is made (we will advise sample cost accordingly prior to despatch).

- For items more than $5, we will require your credit card details. It won't be charged when sample item/s are returned within 7 days of receipt or when a full order is made (we will advise sample cost accordingly prior to despatch).

What is the file type do you need for my logo?

We prefer a vectorized outline format of your logo / artwork. Normally it comes in .eps of .ai format.

However we can look at your JPEG, GIF or TIFF format files and see if we can work based on that - we suggest low compression to improve image quality (300dpi suggested)

All printing order must be supplied with your PMS / CMYK / RGB colour.

Can I customize my promotional product?

You definitely can. we work direct with manufacturers therefore please inform us what you need and we will try our best to customize your needs.

How long is normal delivery time?

Normal delivery time from the day is 2 to 3 weeks from artwork approval.

Can I use my own delivery service?

Yes, if you would like to use your own preferred courier service please feel free to let us know (all deliveries will be from Melbourne)

How urgent can you process my job?

We have 24 hours / 3 days service for a good range of our products. If you have urgent requirement for special event/s, please let us know and we will try our best to help you.
Note: Order must be placed by 10 am for 24 hours turnaround.

Can I get better discount?

Yes! Please feel free to get in touch with us when you receive a quote from another australian promotional agent / distributor and we will do our best to beat for at least 5%.

Do I have to pay in advance for my order?

For orders below <$5,000 we require advance payment prior processing the order.
For order >=$5,000 we would require 50% deposit via EFT transfer and balance to be paid prior to despatch.
